Submit your family information.
Tell us about your family (children's ages, allergies, routines), your address, and your emergency contacts — about five minutes, with no payment required. Your information is held in our secure platform, viewable only by our trusted team of childcare providers to vet.

Quick screening call with our team.
We schedule a brief call to get to know your family and answer any questions you have. This two-sided screening means everyone is verified before a match is ever made.

Get approved.
Once your family is approved, you're officially a member — and that's what unlocks booking. You're never charged before approval, so you can sign up with complete confidence.

Browse and book.
Search vetted sitters by date and time. See real-time availability and request the sitter you want.

Lock in your childcare.
The sitter you chose has 24 hours to accept your request. Once they confirm, your childcare is locked in — and you can message them through the platform to share the details of your sit. Booking, sorted.
Trust before the first booking.
We approve every family before you browse, and every sitter before they're bookable. That two-sided vetting is the whole point: sitters know they've been matched with families we've spoken to, and you know each sitter has cleared our full screening. By the time you book, the trust is already in place on both sides.
