The four screening steps

    Application & References.

    Every applicant submits a detailed application covering their childcare experience, education, and certifications, along with three professional references — previous families, employers, or instructors.

    Background Check.

    Every applicant completes a third-party background check as part of the screening process.

  3. 3

    CPR & First Aid Certification.

    All sitters hold current Pediatric CPR & First Aid certification through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. We verify it at hire and re-verify before it expires. If a sitter's certification lapses, they cannot accept bookings until it's renewed.

    Interview & Vetting by Our Team.

    Every sitter completes a one-on-one interview with a member of our team as part of our vetting before they're approved to join the platform.
